Cambodian Chemical Society
The CCS (http://www.ccs-cam.org/) is a national network of Cambodian chemists aiming to develop the chemistry sector in Cambodia through scientific chemical research, organizing national and international scientific forums, and disseminating results to the society and the nation. The CCS supports the principals of green chemistry in order to reduce waste, maintain the environment, and enhance the national economy and human safety. ISP started separate support to the network in 2017, but CCS have since 2010 benefited from ISP support through support to the Department of Chemistry at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP):
CCS envisions the science of chemistry and chemists, students and researchers in Cambodia with advanced knowledge and skills appropriate to the national requirements of research capacity, the labour market and production.
